We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

▪️What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

▪️Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?
We’re really quick at packing your order up which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.
▪️Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.
▪️What if something isn’t right on my customs invoice?
If you have any issues with your customs invoice that you’ve received from Easymartz, please get in touch with Customer Care who can get this sorted for you.
▪️The product code on my delivery note is different from the website?
Don’t worry, the product code on your delivery note is the one you need to use if you are querying or returning something. It’s unique to the size and colour combination of your item.

You can use any of the payment types listed on our website to pay for your order.
▪️Can I track the delivery of my order?
If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from our online shop.
▪️What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. It’s also worth checking if there are any local delays in your area.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it:
Within 36 hours of expected delivery:
- Verify the shipping address
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package
- See if someone else accepted the delivery
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
- Wait 36 hours – in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival
