Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.
By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

How does EasyMartz protect my payments?

What happens in the event of unsatisfactory/expired/wrong sample/missing samples?

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at support@easymartz.com (if applicable).
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.
1. In the event that the sample you’ve received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require photo proof of the sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) as well and you may be required to send us back the sample for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. The postage cost will be credited back to your account after we receive the returned item.
2. In the event that you receive an expired product, we will require clear photo proof of the sample and its expiry date for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.
3. In the event that you’ve received the wrong sample, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent sample and D.O (Delivery Order) and after reviewing, we’ll re-send the correct sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.
4. In the event you’ve received your order with a missing sample, we will require you to email us a clear photo proof of your D.O (Delivery Order) to support@easymartz.com Our customer service officers will attend to you to find out more before a decision is made to re-send the missing sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.

How can I track my orders and payments?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History.

To check your order status online using your order number and email address:

– Click on the “Track your Order” link in the side bar of the page
– Enter your order number and email address, then Submit.

How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Can Easymartz transfer my refund to a new order?

The refund is processed automatically by the system after the order is finished. To protect your fund, the refund can only be returned to your original payment account.
It is out of our scope to transfer the refund to another transaction.

How do I return my order?

For any reason, you may return your order to Easymartz Shop Online within 7 days of the purchase date by visiting the costumer service page. Please review the terms and conditions on that page for additional information about returning goods. Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

How do I exchange my order?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods and visit the costumer service’s page within 7 days of your original purchase to return the goods you would like to return.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the costumor service page to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.
I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.

How do I return defective goods?

You may return your order to Easymartz online shop within 7 days of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out. Please report claims using the returns page.

Why I did not receive refund after I see Refund Completed on the order detail page?

Please note that Refund Completed means that EasyMartz has completed the refund process from our side. Then, the refund process should be followed up by your correspondent bank or card issuer. Some bank or card issuer may need time for fund settlement circle. Normally, it will take 7 to 15 business days for you to get the refund after the order status is Finished.
If you are still unable to receive the refund after the timeline above, please directly contact your correspondent bank or card issuer for more information.

Why the money I receive is less than the original refund amount?

EasyMartz Buyer Protection service is free to buyers and EasyMartz does not charge any fees for any transactions.

However, the following fees are unable to be covered by EasyMartz Buyer Protection:
1.The foreign currency fee which was absorbed by your correspondent bank or card issuer
2.The commission absorbed by your correspondent bank or card issuer for each transaction
3.The floating exchange rate
Please contact your bank for further information regarding the amount.

My card has been expired or stolen, can you return the money to a new card?

The refund is processed automatically by the system after the order is finished. To protect your fund, the refund can only be returned to your original card.
If this happens, please contact your bank as soon as possible. Your correspondent bank will help you walk through the process.

I am not satisfied with the product. What can I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can open a dispute before the order is closed. you may follow the below steps to Open Dispute:
1. Sign in to the “My Orders” section of your EasyMartz account
2. Locate the relevant order
3. Click the Open Dispute button
4. Submit your refund request
Please be advised to open a dispute before the deadline, or the order will be completed.

How do I combine orders for shipping?

If you order different items from the same supplier with shopping cart, you can choose the same shipping method in each item, the system will combine the times into one order to save shipping costs. Please follow the below steps:
1. Please choose items from the same suppliers and add them to your Shopping Cart.
2. Choose the same shipping method and these products will be combined automatically.
3. Click the “Buy all from this seller” button.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Generally, orders are delivered within 20 – 60 working days.
